Folks, this girl was jumping and singing and dancing and even doing air druming (so I'm not surprised that you're a drumer)the whooole time. You did deserve that hand shake, you did!!! No, I don't have it...I'm loosing hope..if nobody hasn't post it by now..
Kat told me to write to Kerensa (<a href="mailto:info@pearljam.com">info@pearljam.com</a>) and I did -right away- but I got no response.I don't want to be pushy..It means a lot to me:D..but there are more important things, I'm aware of that..maybe she'd respond if I had a more personal mail...but as I said..it's ok..it'ok...

You are something, you know..I don't know what goes on in that head of yours but if Eddie remembered me..that's just such a wild thought, didn't cross my mind...If you consider all of the people he shakes hands with...I guess not. Yes and the concert was sooo... it was almost too much for me to handle..all of the emotions were gathered in me at the very same time..I could explode...I was kind of glad that the crowd around me was rough, 'cause it felt more real...anyone wanna buy me a ticket to Hawaii?:D

Well, I got lukcy in '92.. I talked with EV.... at the bar in Club Vera... After the conversation they told me it was EV.....

Maybe Eddie did remember you, I would if I saw you...

Well, actually, it's a long time ago. I don't think he will remember me....

But a few years ago Mike McCready was on the forum.... On the 'old' one (with black background colors if anyone knows the old forum). Nobody could confirm if it was him but this person did gave detailed info about Mike's gear. But I can't find him on this one anymore.... If he's/you're still around, PLEASE READ THIS AND CONTACT KERENSA FOR THE PICTURE!

Just in case..maybe I should write down something..you never know...so..Pearl Jam::D,(others just skip that and spare me the coments)
I am a strange parasite, drawn by your music and lyrics...I wish I could give something in return...with the same intensity - something you already gave me, and continue to give me - unknowingly. You inspire me when I atempt to make my own music and are in my fingertips when I play.Thank you, Pearl Jam, thank you for Zagreb, I couldn't come to Slovenian show, because I was too young then and parents didn't let me go alone, although it was in my country..anyway.. years later in the darkest year of my life when my dad left me I learned the ones we should look up to never last (God's mysterious ways my ass, haha) but you came again and I've made it!! And you'll last and shed some light. What it meant to me, that Eddie took my hand..I can't express it..words are clumsy..limited..it was a great honour, he has no idea:)
While I was writing my reviews on this forum, describing my emotions etc I was attempting to evoke the same feeling I experienced on THE concert. It is a wonderful task and even my failures feel great...

That's nice, I hope Mike will read this..... EV doesn't look on internet I believe, I heard rumours that he still uses a typewriter instead of a computer... I believe Kat or Sea confirmed that Mike does look on the forums (writing I don't know)... Neil Young also reads what is written about him on the internet...

And if one of you PJ members reads this, please help for finding the picture....

Typewriter sounds reasonable.
Try to write some prose or poetry on a computer..you just cannot.. I cannot...you have to do it on some piece of paper with a pen or a typewriter that is a fact:P

To answer your question, from Leeuwarden to Maribor lets see. From Amsterdam to Ljubljana = 1238km, Leeuwarden is about 130km north from Amsterdam, right?, and Maribor is 120km east from Ljubljana. So..:)

GOT THAT RIGHT!!!
it's like....at the end of the binaural record when i think ed...or someone is typing on the typewriter....i just love the sound,... such an honest sound.

You write poetry? I tried to, but I think painting works better for me.... Nowadays I make drawings w/ my computer.....

I guess it is a 18 hour drive with my car.... If I can't find it inmediatly...

I still haven't found some pictures....

Sometimes I do. When I feel like it. And sometimes I draw too. I have troubles finishing it though, always feel like the work is incomplete. I like to do things on computer too, making short movies mostly. But the best medium to express myself is music. Words sometimes are not enough or are clumsy and you have to learn them and the language they are for; paintings on the other hand are not so precise in understanding and the viewer doesn't spend enough time on it. Music is more. It's universal.

I really feel this thread is becoming all about me. That's wrong. And I feel weird.

The other day I was thinking..if only I would have taken the photo myself. Then I wouldn't have this despered thread going on.

I had a cell phone camera in Zagreb but I took like three photos, one before the show. I just couldn't. It was to good to aim and push buttons, there was no time. Now I think I could have shot a video when Eddie came down, the whole thing, and all of the people and their screams, but on the other hand I would feel shallow -giving the man a hand and at the same time, with the other hand holding a camera in his face.
Would love to have a photo..such a hypocryte.
And if I think further...I would feel awfully imbarassed to ever ask somebody from PJ to take a photo with me, wouldn't you? Don't know...I better stop.

Stereotype, cel koncert v Zagrebu je pošteno prevzel vse ki so bili tam, in očitno je tebi pomenil še več kot večini ljudi. Pač nisi slikala, in jasno je da bi rada vidla sliko Eddija in sebe če obstaja. Meni se je vse kar si napisala zdelo zelo iskreno in prisrčno in upam da končno dobiš kar iščeš.
Vidimo se na naslednjem koncertu pj v Zg.

No wonder Ed shook yer hand, you are pretty cute.
Have you tried emailing Kerensa at the 10c and ask her if she maybe got that on one of ther shots?
She is the nice lady that you are refering to, it wouldnt hurt to ask, send her your picture and maybe she'll be able to know if she has you on one of the pics.

That's great that you got to shake his hand, that's awesome!

I think I would have felt the same way about the camera on his face.
I met Mike on 2003 with my husband and we had a camera in our hand but we just couldnt ask him for a pic, it felt weird, we just couldnt do it, I felt it was going to be embarassing.
