Good to see a little more aggressiveness.Hurts has a way of looking like he’s not runny g fast when he actually is.0

Couple of blowouts. Is this team, um, good? Meh....not sure I would say good. They're probably an average team playing good, probably over the their heads at the moment. But it's definitely a good sign that they're not just squeaking by these teams. They're crushing them.Johnny Abruzzo said:Couple of blowouts. Is this team, um, good? I really love the fact that Sirianni has made these adjustments and has stuck with them. Over the years we've seen coaches go to the run game for a week or two and then they just have to scratch that Madden itch. We have a solid offensive line and running backs who can hit the holes. Why not play to your strengths consistently? So many teams would look at the Saints and the fact that they're the best run defense in the league and be afraid to run on them. Only wish they would've made that switch earlier.
The new approach is exactly what a qb like Hurts needs to be successful too.
Pretty happy with how this has all progressed at this point...www.myspace.com0 -

I wouldn't go that far. Nonsense for sure, but so is the fact that 7 teams make the playoffs.Meltdown99 said:look like the Giants have ended this playoff talk nonsense…0 -
wait he's not in the Giants thread already? I wonder if he would have stayed out this long if the Eagles had won.Cliffy6745 said:Juggs!!!Post edited by pjhawks on0 -
How does an NFL wide receiver miss that last ball like Reagor did? I remember Arcega-Whiteside doing that a few years ago in a very similar situation. I think the 1st Reagor miss was more on Hurts. He was open but ball was underthrown.eeriepadave said:well that was fucking ugly/pathetic.
Oh that last play Smith was wide open with about 5 yards on his guy at the 10 yard line and Hurts missed him.
Hurts was bad today. Big step back. And I don't even think the Giants were very good today. They just didn't turn it over.
and Roseman could be worse, he could have drafted a running back with the #2 pick like the Giants did.0 -
Raegor is hot trashThe love he receives is the love that is saved0

Reagor is garbage, no doubt, we know this - but what's beyond me is why the coach nor the QB don't know this. I believe he had more targets than Smith or Goedert combined.0

4 turnovers, TD-canceling holding penalty, the usual lousy kick/punt returning, egregious dropped passes - mix together and you manage to lose to the pathetic Daniel Jones and the atrocious NY Giants. A team that felt put out for missing the playoffs going 6-10 last year.Spectrum 10/27/09; New Orleans JazzFest 5/1/10; Made in America 9/2/12; Phila, PA 10/21/13; Phila, PA 10/22/13; Baltimore Arena 10/27/13; Phila, PA 4/28/16; Phila, PA 4/29/16; Fenway Park 8/7/16; Fenway Park 9/2/18; Asbury Park 9/18/21; Camden 9/14/22; Las Vegas 5/16/24; Las Vegas 5/18/24; Phila, PA 9/7/24; Phila, PA 9/9/24; Baltimore Arena 9/12/24; Pittsburgh 5/16/25; Pittsburgh 5/18/25

Wanna hear some schizo conspiracy theorist shit? I think Roseman planned all this - he demanded everyone but Smith and Goedert to be targeted. That way if anyone overachieves he can trade them, and if they don't they can purposely tank.0

Haha...take the tin foil hat off JP. What's frustrating is Hurts had Smith pretty much wide open on one of those dumb game winning drops too.Jearlpam0925 said:Wanna hear some schizo conspiracy theorist shit? I can't ever remember a receiver dropping not one but two not all that difficult catches to win a game in the span of a few minutes. What a piece of shit. He's a terrible return man too.Post edited by The Juggler onwww.myspace.com0 -
Not sure how closely you follow the NFL but it is not difficult at all to make the playoffs anymore. Of the four teams ahead of them, the Eagles hold tie breakers against two of them and play one of them twice in the next month. They're clearly not a good team, but a loss to the Giants does not do what you think it does....Meltdown99 said:look like the Giants have ended this playoff talk nonsense…

Still alive for the playoffs but the dream of stealing the division from the choking Cowboys is probably dead.Spectrum 10/27/09; New Orleans JazzFest 5/1/10; Made in America 9/2/12; Phila, PA 10/21/13; Phila, PA 10/22/13; Baltimore Arena 10/27/13; Phila, PA 4/28/16; Phila, PA 4/29/16; Fenway Park 8/7/16; Fenway Park 9/2/18; Asbury Park 9/18/21; Camden 9/14/22; Las Vegas 5/16/24; Las Vegas 5/18/24; Phila, PA 9/7/24; Phila, PA 9/9/24; Baltimore Arena 9/12/24; Pittsburgh 5/16/25; Pittsburgh 5/18/25

Good point. I admittedly mostly just watch. I don’t pay much attention to standings…The Juggler said:
