Editing 'location' in forum profile

Says I don't have permission. Would like to be able to edit and add, as well as put a signature on my posts.

    This usually happens when your browser blocks certain content (ex: third party cookies). Please check your browser permission settings for the forum.

    I'd also like to change location and username. Is that possible Sea?

    Mine says "e-mail in use by another member" when I try to edit my location. @Sea can you assist?
