Pushing Daisies

I was browsing through HBO Max a while ago and was stoked when I saw that they had this. I started watching it with my daughter last week, and it's every bit as fantastic as I remember it being when it originally aired.

Even if one tires of the romantic leads, there's the dynamic duo of Swoosie Kurtz and Ellen Greene as the mermaid aunts. Again, Swoosie Kurtz AND Ellen Greene!! And then, over in another corner, we've got the brilliant Chi McBride and the all-mighty Kristin Chenoweth!!

(Please note that I used the search function and could not find a thread on this sublime danse macabre full of whimsy, which is why I created one. I did not, however, check with @eeriepadave , who seems superior to the search function, before creating this thread.)
