The Beach Boys, 'Good Vibrations'Someone at Rolling Stone likes the Beach Boys way too much for my liking.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -

The Beatles, 'Hey Jude'This list really doesn't do it for me at all...
Sympathy for the Devil is better, Mess around is better, Come as you Are is better. I can understand not liking the Beach boys song as it is kind of a doowop sound to it.
Aretha Franklins song is spot on and I like that one best besides Nirvannas and only reason I like that one is it's the most current song as no other song is earlier than the mid 70's? No song in the 80's, only 1 song from the 90's...0 -
Nirvana, 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and Ray Charles, 'What'd I Say' have been eliminated.
