Since we definitely didn't agree with Rolling Stone Magazine's Top 10 albums of all time, I figured for fun we could move to another questionable Rolling Stone List. This time we will look at their list of the GREATEST SONGS OF ALL-TIME.
Alright, so here we will play the game to determine the BEST song in the Rolling Stone Top 10.
You are going to pick the song that you think is the "Weakest Link" after 2 days I remove the two (2) songs with the most votes. We will then move on to Round 2.

Ray Charles, 'What'd I Say'Got no beef with Ray, but I can't recall this tune and it's the only one on the list that doesn't jump right to mind so that makes it my pick.Monkey Driven, Call this Living?0

Ray Charles, 'What'd I Say'Prediction: Hey Jude wins, but many of us think it should have been Yesterday or Let it Be instead.Monkey Driven, Call this Living?0

Nirvana, 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'Much love and respect for Teen Spirit, but I look at the list and think, "Which of these doesn't belong?" The other songs are next level.
Also, only one woman represented?0 -
The Beach Boys, 'Good Vibrations'I would have picked a different Beach Boys song. My opinion is that Wouldn’t It Be Nice is their best work.I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.0

The Beatles, 'Hey Jude'Love this Beatles but this song, their best? Nah, nah, nah...

Nirvana, 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'Love that song by Ray. Pretty good songs with several being my favorite by that artist. It's a hopeless situation...0
-
Nirvana, 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'SLTS seems like it's on here for it's influence not it's quality. Not their best song by far. It's a hopeless situation...0

Chuck Berry, 'Johnny B. Goode'Maybe this place is growing up with people not being so beholden to the 90s and its sound. Surprised Teen Spirit is in the lead.

Nirvana, 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'Played them through this weekend and went through each song with the 6 year old and he picked the Ray Charles as his favorite. Shocker, as he loves SLTS.He gave thumbs down to a few and also loves Johnny B Goode. "That sounds very much like Run Rudolph, Run" was what he remarked just into the song. [This past holiday season RRR was his favorite Christmas song.]The love he receives is the love that is saved0

So far, looking as if we agree with their ranking of these 10, since #'s 9 and 10 look to be the ones ousted.Post edited by MedozK on0
