    I'm not big on celebrating deaths. But I am all for speaking ill of the dead. The guy who called a gawky pre-teen Chelsea Clinton "the White House Dog," and flailed around mocking Michael J. Fox's Parkinsons was what he was; an absolute jackass.  And his death doesn't change that.
