I am admittedly a nerd when it comes to game shows and am enjoying the fact there is a bit of a re-emergence of them coming on as reboots.  Do you have a favorite reboot?
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

    I've only watched a few but I love Jane Lynch so this was easy.

    I'll have to go with Millionaire, though I do get a kick out of Snoop and Joker's Wild.
    My mother was a game show junkie, they were on at our house always, she was the type of person they had in mind when they developed GSN and Buzzr. As a result I saw the original versions of all of these, and some should have stayed dead. Especially Supermarket Sweep, what an awful premise for a game show. 
    And I always root for the Whammy on Press Your Luck.

    I had to go Weakest Link too.  Even though that is one of the more frustrating shows to watch, because it's very rare that any team racks up as much money on that show that is available ($1M).  Either they continuously blow the chain, or don't trust each other by banking money too early.  I think her and Kimmel have been the most entertaining and witty out of the choices above.

    I went with Match Game because the original was pretty funny . I was too young to watch the original airings but caught them in syndication. Brett Somers, Richard Dawson and Charles Nelson Reilly (always reminds me of the shout out in the Dead Milkmen song) were quite the crew
    the new version captures a fraction of the fun
    plus I think a lot of alcohol was involved back in the day

    Really? Maybe it was best left to its era. Judges aren’t so obviously coked out anymore.

    Wheel of fortune... I think Pearl Jam (the name of the band) was on that show

    "The Chase" is coming back on ABC.  I've really enjoyed the replays on game show network and the concept of this quiz show.  'The Beast' is being replaced with the three headed jeopardy beast of ken/james/brad.  There is little luck in this game (one portion has multi choice questions) and it is fun to watch smart people be tempted with money into putting their team in a really bad spot.

    'The Beast', a british quiz champ, was really good at his role so I would have liked to see him come back.  There is an episode where Jeopardy James came on the show before his Jeopardy run and completely destroyed The Beast.  I'd never seen any contestant ever put him in a pickle like James did.  Complete ass whooping.

    I liked that show a lot when it was on GSN.  You can actually stream it on Netflix.

    I like game shows. Match Game and Press Your Luck Card Sharks and the like.  Better than some of the new game shows where people have to be loud
