    That London 2013 show was terrific - they all are; but that smaller hockey arena is the smallest venue I've seen them perform in, so it's memorable also for that reason. That was the first time they extended Corduroy as far as I know. Opening with Present Tense - the first set was really strong like the second encore. I was on crutches, so I even appreciated the 'sit down' songs of the first encore. London 2013 would be a good listening experience :)

    When you scroll down to the Sweepstakes Details you will find „Alternate Method of Entry“ at the bottom. Does not look like a link but you can click on it. 
    But it seems you need to fill out and then print a document and mail it to the Foundation to participate. 
    So if you are outside the US there is no way to enter before the contests ends.
