That was very Flutie-esque. Now with Seattle coming back to the pack, the NFC West is wide open. Too bad the 49ers can't stay healthy, otherwise you may have 4 playoff teams out of that division.Ledbetterman10 said:
Yeah it was. Cost me a bet but helped out my team in the standings. So I’ll take it.eeriepadave said:Ledbetterman10 said:Throw in a Bills loss on a Hail Mary and the Dolphins are just a half-game back in the division.
That play was insane!

It doesn't, but Tony Romo had a similar injury in 2011 and didn't miss any time. Now, Romo was 31 at the time and Brees is 41 now, so that's a big difference. And I think it was only one rib for Romo and it's multiple ribs for Brees. So we'll see.The Juggler said:

I had flipped it on after he was out of the game and they showed him on the sidelines and he looked white as a ghost. I thought maybe he had a concussion. Collapsed lung and multiple rib fractures has to be painful as shit even to just breathe. Hope that isn't how his career ends.Ledbetterman10 said:Drew Brees suffered a collapsed lung and multiple rib fractures.0 -

Foles' back has to be trashed? He had to take the cart?

It should be interesting to see how the Saints fill the QB position with Brees out. They are paying Taysom Hill a lot more money than Winston. Payton has been on record saying Hill would be in if Brees gets hurt. However, it was Winston getting the call this past Sunday.

You can only keep a good Interception Machine down for so long. The love he receives is the love that is saved0

Selfishly I hope they go Hill, because I just picked him up as my TE in my auction league and am third in our standings. He may really help if he's scoring QB points at the TE position.F Me In The Brain said:Glorified KC said:It should be interesting to see how the Saints fill the QB position with Brees out. Interesting....Yep. I didn't realize this until last week. I have gotten hardly anything from my TE position, so I thought I would take this angle.
