Yes! I wish there was a vinyl release.
  • Bush didn't release their last two albums (Black and White Rainbows, The Kingdom) on vinyl. It would've been nice if they had a limited release of about 3,000 copies for each one. Oh well.
  • I really respect Bush for forging ahead over the years. They tend to receive fairly negative reviews in general, and only about 10 percent of their former fans still follow them. The Kingdom's debut at #14 on the Billboard 200 seems to validate their persistence.
  • Now that I think about it, maybe only a relatively small percentage of Pearl Jam's former fans still follow them as well.

Those two bonus tracks "Live Another Day" and "Beware False Prophets" fit prefect on this album. They could have easily just had this as a 14 track album. Glad they threw them on there either way, great songs.

  • I haven't heard the two bonus tracks on The Kingdom, since I simply bought three copies of the compact disc (one for my brother), and the extra songs aren't on there.  I also got a free audio download from Amazon, but I'm not sure if the bonus tracks are on there or not.  I guess I can still listen to them through Alexa -- she's good for a lot of things.

I purchased the digital download from their website so I could get them. I'll still get the CD, but wanted those bonus tracks. They may still be offering them. BRING ON THE VINLY!!! I think it will eventually get released on vinyl. It seems like "Black and White Rainbows" had something to do with a singing show or something back in their neck of the woods, maybe that's why there isn't a vinyl. I have all the other albums on vinyl, would love to have this album for sure, it's just an unreal album to crank up....

EDIT: 5.99 on their website w/the bonus tracks

  • I was disappointed they never released Golden State on vinyl. Their first three albums are available on vinyl but not Golden State. Then the reconfigured band's next two albums are available on vinyl but not the most recent two releases. I must say though, I don't like Golden State or Black and White Rainbows as much as the rest of their albums.
  • I was able to buy the Inflatable single on vinyl. That song is from the Golden State album. I purchased it on Amazon from some guy in Germany. It was only a total of $10. Great deal!

Love Golden State, killer album. Another one that needs to be released on vinyl. Not a lot of love for that album, shame.

Almost at the upper tip of MI, cool little city on the lake. Just here for a pit stop in life, I'm not from here but I dig it so far...

I'll need to seek these out.  They weren't on the Apple Music version.
  • Attaway77: Perhaps I should listen to Golden State again today or tomorrow. It's certainly worth another try. You never know, I might like it somewhat better than before.
  • Of The Aggie: I formerly lived in Austin for about a decade. I love that city, although it was more enjoyable during the 1990s while I was there. I'm a UT-Austin graduate, so perhaps you'd frown upon that based on the Aggie reference in your forum identifier. Anyway, I've been living in the Rio Grande Valley for the last 17 years. I'll assuredly start making regular trips to Austin again when our kids begin attending UT-Austin in three years. I've enjoyed reading your input regarding Bush. I also love The Kingdom album.

I love Austin and in my older age I have mellowed somewhat to the t-sippers!
