Prices already flying up but thought I'd share this if anyone is looking for a hotel close to the venue

The same hotel is already up to over £700 on the Holiday Inn website, and over £1000 on booking.com, so the Agoda price is very good!

    There is a Euro 2021 football game on the 17th at the stadium next to Ziggo - thats the reason for high hotel prices

    Thanks for the heads up.   I hate scouting for hotels and this looks as convenient and reasonably priced as any, so I’ve booked.    No payment taken until next June either, which is a bonus.

    People......its The Netherlands. If you are riding on a train for 30 minutes youre on the other side of the country. If you are wanted to stay in Amsterdam you will pay, but there are so much more beautiful citys nearby.......Den Haag.....Rotterdam......Utrecht

    I would suggest the beautiful city of Haarlem.
    A wonderful place and only a 30 minute drive from Amsterdam.
    And - not unimportant - reasonable prices for good hotels.
