I think it’s the best place. Sullivan arena is a dump even after the renovation in 2015. They turned Sullivan into a homeless shelter this winter.

I think AK airlines center has a super small capacity

might as well add Fairbanks to the list. Kettlehouse outdoor amph. in Missoula would be an upgrade to football stadium.
