Switching things up to start for tonight. This is a damn good lager and a nice change of pace.

That looks refreshing. Im taking an IPA break tonight too, for one of my favorites.
Crazy part is that beer I had looks like piss beer but it has a ton of flavor. Looks can be deceiving.  Allagash white is definitely a good one. Always enjoyed it. 🍻

  • This was surprisingly good.

Haven't had in a couple years. Saw this and felt the need to pick some up. Good stuff.

It was really good. But I have never had any hop butcher to compare it to.

Where is that brewery that you had that beer from?

Looks outstanding!  Can never go wrong with Citra in my opinion.  I planned to go to their taproom or beer garden when I was in Boston for the '18 shows, but was 0 for 2.  My only regret in what was an otherwise awesome weekend.

I like Pseudo Sue, but it always has a lot of "stuff" floating around in it, in my experience.  Great taste, but whatever settles at the bottom of those cans is more than any other beer I've had.  It's strange.

    That happens with unfiltered beers.
Had a grapefruit seed come out of a beer once.
    It was awesome.

Yeah one of my favorite pales (Fox City) was made here in Milwaukee, plenty of particulate in the bottle.  Sadly, the brewery (Brenner) went out of business a couple of years ago.
