The poll choices are debatable, but my wife and I have been binge watching The Office to pass the time.
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

Toby had no game. Not much of a rivalry.

Definitely was one-sided.  I think that's why it's my favorite.

    I love that scene
What makes me laugh so hard is knowing he went to sit with Toby as everyone was flipping through copies of his diary.

I wish I could change my vote, now that I think about it.
That scene in particular is one where Michael isn't a good guy.  Usually he's the classic trying to hard and off-putting guy with a heart of gold, but sometimes with Toby he is just cruel.  Toby shrugs it off, but if he's really the Scranton Strangler, then Michael is absolutely feeding that monstrosity.

The Jim/Dwight rivalry is great, and evolves into a loving sibling rivalry.
Dwight and Andy is short-lived, but hilarious.
Angela is rival to everyone in the office, I prefer hers with Phyllis more than Oscar.
There's occasionally a subtle rivalry between Jim and Darryl that's fun at times.
There's even a definite rivalry between Mose and Angela simmering below the surface.

The scene where Dwight and Andy are walking out to their cars after the first day they work together is priceless.

I feel like this is an easy one but I can see many people would disagree with me :)

When I first got into the show, I would have said Dwight vs Jim.  However, when I rewatched it, I just find the unwarranted treatment of Toby by Michael more funny.  Michael does say cruel things from time-to-time, but his portrayal of HR as the "fun police" really kept growing on me.
