    I was basing my estimate off Ebeans & Collectionzz as well as suggestions from a couple of knowledgeable sources on the forum.

    You know what they say...to each his own. I can't figure out why someone would pay a grand for a skateboard deck made last month with a koala bear on it from a builder with no affiliation to the band, but someone else puts what I feel is a low bid on an important short production poster from 20 years ago when the band was in a massive push to the top. I'd consider a reasonable offer, but $300 is far from it.
