Good to know. Looking forward to trying it. By the way, The Phase Three release this week is excellent (Energetic Mind). I had it last summer and is definitely one worth re-visiting.Indifference71 said:bbiggs said:My shop just told me they are getting a couple CO brews in tomorrow from WeldWerks and Outer Range. Would you recommend either or both, and would you put one ahead of the other? Thanks.
Outer Range is top notch. Went to their taproom when I was out in Denver area last year. Really good stuff.

Same! The releases I'm interested in this week are only at a store that does not have curbside capabilities with these weekly allocated beers, so it requires going in to the front desk to purchase. Really stinks, but I'll go masked up.mfc2006 said:Beer run here in about 30 minutes! Time to replenish what we've already enjoyed!

This weekend’s upcoming adventure

^ Blood of the Unicorn is a good one. I think you've tried this, but if not, get Ninja vs. Unicorn sometime. Delicious (clear) IPA.

I did try Ninja vs Unicorn and also Galaxy Unicorn. It’s getting harder finding ones I haven’t had, but my local store does a good job rotating their beer.bbiggs said:^ Blood of the Unicorn is a good one. ^ Try Lizard King by Pipeworks if you haven't already. If you have, I'm out of suggestions unfortunately. lol

Haven’t had it yet! Thank you Untappd. I’ll keep an eye out for it. We get a good amount of IL beer up here in Milwaukee.bbiggs said:^ Try Lizard King by Pipeworks if you haven't already. If you have, I'm out of suggestions unfortunately. lolI wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.0 -
Awesome. That is one of their better ones. Definitely worth a try if you stumble across it. Enjoy!cdthomas1981 said:

The coloring on both beers looks great. I have a real good assortment this weekend. One is a west coast IPA from Hop Butcher, which is a break from their normal juicy profile, but a real treat. Looking forward to that one.0

Just picked up some Cool Story (Cloudburst Brewing) from the Beer Junction in West Seattle. If you're in the neighborhood, pop in with your mask and gloves and wipes and make sure not to drop your 64oz growler on the way out...

Good way to end a beautiful day. More blueberry flavor than açai, but still tasty.

I’m normally not a fan of black IPAs. I just don’t think roasty and hoppy go well together. However, Pipeworks does a nice job.
