Did all the breweries bring their own bag of Hops for this colab?Bentleyspop said:Tonight's choice is The Ocho from Mikkeller San Diego. 9% ABV American Imperial IPA
A SUPER COLLAB WITH: Superstition Meadery, AZ Wilderness Brewery, Almanac Beer Co, Pure Project Brewing, Seven Islands Brewery, Firestone Walker - Propagator, Gigantic Brewing
Wondering how 7 of them manage to make a decision on making a beer, lol?!?0 -
I do know a couple of ex-smokers who told me one thing they miss is the taste of their coffee after smoking a cigarette. I guess this beer is for them!bbiggs said:^ That's about the worst taste combo I could envision. LOL

Any of your local crafts delivering? My favorite spot, Tired Hands, is delivering within a certain distance. Luckily my house just barely made the cut. Free shipping too! But I am do for reinforcements at this point...www.myspace.com0

I don't know if my local faves are delivering house to house, but they're all still brewing and weekly deliveries are on schedule. I just call my local shop, tell them exactly what I want, pay over the phone, pull up to the store with my trunk open and they drop it in the trunk. 100% contact-less pickup. Very much appreciated in today's environment. The Juggler said:Any of your local crafts delivering? My favorite spot, Tired Hands, is delivering within a certain distance. Some of the local KC breweries are delivering, but all are offering curbside pickup which is nice. Liquor stores are still open as well....The Juggler said:Any of your local crafts delivering? ^ yes it is. I bought a 4 pack last summer...and had some while I was there. Never came across any at my liquor store though."A smart monkey doesn't monkey around with another monkey's monkey" - Darwin's Theory0

Tonight’s beer while spinning Gigaton

There's something just better about a nice IPA from the tap. I could really go for one of those now. Don't get me wrong, the cans and bottles are good for now, but a drink at a brewery is definitely being missed right now."A smart monkey doesn't monkey around with another monkey's monkey" - Darwin's Theory0

Just picked these up from a local microbrewery 2 mins drive from my new home. They are normally just a pub I think but have invested in a canning machine given recent events. A totally contactless transaction via the pub front window. Really looking forward to trying them.

Drinking with friends on Zoom is the new normal. A delicious bourbon county from last night...
