    I remember reading that Santos posted somewhere that there was a change in the ordering system. And that they had to update old system orders vs. new system orders. Could be why many of us still pending....

    5 days after the release and still don't have the cd that I pre-ordered as soon as it was available.  Thanks for the great customer service as usual 10C, keep up the sub-par job!

    I haven't received the CD yet in CA. I think Santos said all pre-orders have been shipped, so it's kinda out of 10c hands now. There are multiple ways to access the songs, with the youtube visuals being free, so I can wait a bit for the CD.

    Vinyl bundle got to Cedar Rapids, Iowa Saturday, but with current isolating living arrangements I don't have access to my turntable.  Still waiting on CD on 3/31.  I went to Target to buy the CD because Ten Club is 4 days late.  I mean, it's fine.  But why couldn't the CD be in Iowa even close to on time when my buddy on the east coast got his on March 24th???

    My guess is that 10c tried to time the deliveries to arrive near release date based on travel distance from Seattle, and  so they sent the ones closer to WA later in the week. It probably doesn't help that the coronavirus impact is changing daily. Last week, my mailman only delivered on Friday, which I assume is due to cutbacks at USPS.

    5 days after the release and my CD is still pending. Guess I learned my lesson to not pre-order 2 months prior and just buy it in a store when it comes out next time. Bit of a bummer.

    Yet my wife got 6 boxes for 6 different pairs of running shoes in the mail within days from Nordstrom just so she can try on different brands/colors to see which she likes best and is mailing 5 pairs back.

    I actually only ordered the cd like a week before the release date from 10c and it showed up the day after release (3/28).  Was pretty surprised it was that fast.  Vinyl I had on the day of release from 10c too.  I got lucky it seems on the cd speed, but usps hasn’t had any delays here, they still do their shit normally every day
    I'm like an opening band for your mom.

    I ordered my CD from Walmart on Friday.  It arrived today - Tuesday.  I never pre-order anything.  I listened online in the meantime.

    I'm still waiting on the CD and 7" in Des Moines that was ordered the first day it was available.  Good thing I picked up the vinyl from a local shop. I can listen to YouTube until things arrive.
