So corny, it was fun. I like they are doing all kinds of different ways to get the album out there.

Honestly, sounds like they're going for nostalgia but really I found it a waste of time.  The sound quality is so bad.  I prefer these daily clips which at least sound good.  Will be moot at the end of the week.

OP, thanks for sharing this. Reminds me of the days when you had to wait and hear a song for the first time on FM radio. Ear positioned by the speaker. Eagerly waiting. DJ announcement. Mediocre sound quality fighting against the tinny speakers of your clock radio. Fleeting moments during which you absorbed the sounds....and then waited for them to eventually get played again.

It made me laugh because it made me think of Kramer on Seinfeld running Movie Phone. "Why don't you just tell me the name of the song you want to hear?" LOL

I think it's goofy and fun. Enjoy it, everyone....
    I LOVE MUSIC.

What you described reminded me of my "corner-group" bed with an 8-track tape player in the corner-table.  The 8-track player had a single button where you can flip between (sequentially) the 4 channels.  And then each channel had 2-3 songs.  And you needed to listen to a couple of songs you didn't like to finally get to the one you wanted to hear.  And the sound quality was far from great.

It's super goofy and it's exactly what some people need right about now.  The sound quality is terrible and I love it.  It's going to be a long week for a number of reasons, and I can't wait until Friday.

You were that busy during lockdown that you found it a waste of time?

I found the "May 27th" to be more alarming.
