Yep I am in PA. 11 cases in my general radius. This is definitely crazy. Many restaurants closed for take out only. Liquor stores all closed as of tomorrow. Casinos closed. All non essential businesses to be closed. My cousin works for CYS as a social worker, they are working from home. Iโ€™m a nurse but am immunocompromised and am super worried (3 really close cases to me).

    Stay safe everyone!

Man they're taking away your liquor? Not cool. It's bad enough we're all shut in. If they did that here the liquor stores would've been raided this weekend. It's an eerie feeling but I'm kind of enjoying this. Working from home. Kids all here and safe. Wife is a teacher so she's super relaxed and enjoying the break. It's like Christmas break without all the Christmas bullshit. I think there's going to be a lot of babies born 9-10 months from now. Stay safe everyone. Stay home. This hopefully will just be a blip on the radar of life for most of us.

Sounds like user error. I've never had a delay in getting paid. You just need to add a debit card or checking account.
I think there is a delay, and not user error, based on my experience. I've sold three sets of tickets. The first two, I was paid via direct deposit in 7 calendar days, not business days (so obviously no user issues).

I sold the last pair to a friend on March 7th. I have yet to recieve that deposit (I realize I'm still within that 7-10 day window). Point being, I am starting to think TM is holding payments.

Good morning, all. I havenโ€™t sold any tickets so not fully sure of the process. But they may just be overloaded with refunds right now. I hope your payment comes through soon.

I'm not worried about getting mine, it will eventually show up. Makes perfect sense with the payment delay though. Between people working from home and influx of refund requests, I imagine meeting that 7-10 window has become very difficult. Hope all is well in NYC!

Because the instructions clearly state that user errors will cause payment delays. If you add the required information correctly it's a pretty smooth process, even for those of us who don't own IT firms.
It's as smooth and straightforward as most online transactions can be-- and we do a few hundred per week. So you can imagine my utter frustration wasting hours of time if something so simple and easy just doesn't work. "If you add the required information correctly...' are you serious? Do you work for Ticketmaster? And in owning an IT firm, I find it comical you have this confidence to make a 'Sounds Like User Error' snark when you have zero-clue. Super glad you never had delays in getting paid but pipe down w/pretending to have any idea why my TM account has not been working for over 3 weeks.

I think the Debit card option was much better.. paid in 10 days for all - including one after the postponements

In not owning an IT firm, I find it comical that an IT firm owner only wants to point the finger elsewhere but is unwilling to acknowledge that they might have just botched the very simple setup process.

Thanks. I hope things are well in Georgia. We are all in this together. For some reason, that is somewhat comforting. Lots of empathy to go around.

Nice! We had air hockey and shuffle board competitions here the other day. Iโ€™m still the reigning air hockey champ in my house.

TOOL just postponed all of their April and May shows....

They are STILL not offering a refund, even though the concert has been postponed

TOOL has officially lost a fan.  I will never see them or purchase anything of theirs again.  Not a great look, not at all.  Super disappointing.

I got an email on March 7 that they would be sending me a check in 4-6 weeks so I'm not expecting anything soon.  I was in the position of selling QC tix with US bank account, so I knew there'd be a delay.  An extra $250 wouldn't hurt right now being on 1 income, but not much we can do about it.

My recollection from past postponements with other artists is that it's fairly standard that once the new dates are announced, you can request a refund, but not necessarily as soon as the postponement is announced.

This is standard TM/LN policies.  I still don't have an option to refund my Pearl Jam or Foo Fighter's tickets.  Don't blame the bands

No PJ options for refund for me either on the site. I also have a bunch of other concerts may, June, July, August and September hanging in the balance. Right now I feel like everything should have the option to refund (even if no announcement on postponing or cancelling has been made). I think most people would agree we can use the cash right now.

    Bottlerock just postponed until October.

I remember having an Atari as a kid. I think it came with Pong. At the time I thought it was the most exciting game ever. I wonder what kids today would think of it.
