    It would be $15 shipping to Canada.  $20 for the one pair of sandals.  So $35 total.  If less than $15 I will refund.

    Sorry, I can't say for sure.  More than likely Medium but can't say for sure.

    I sometimes have nightmares about hitting the pipe and wake up scared as hell. It's called ADDICTION @HughFreakingDillon. The first step is admitting you have a problem.
