Disappointed; member for 5 years

Today, I was denied fanclub tickets for the Quebec city show. I have been  a member for 5 years. I got tickets in 2016! I dont understand!

    What did you apply for? BA? GA? RS? It’s got nothing to do with the length of your membership

    Sorry but tickets are not guaranteed. Many people were disappointed in 2016 when you got tix.

    Yea denied ten club membership ticket request also. But they save tickets for verified fan sale in 10 days wth fill the ten club membership request
