3,17 dollars.

No shipping cost if you order for over 800 SEK so double the amount the album costs. Or if you are a member (like Amazon prime)

Do we know for sure there isn't a b-side? I assumed there would be but they just didn't want to give away any more song titles.

CD with hardcover book? The book has a space for the CD? Seems like there is always discrepancies in the details when there is a presale. There will probably be a European pressing and color variant vinyl down the line. I hate prepaying when I don't have all the info.
