    Nevermind, I think I got it.  The 11 locations on the website give the coordinates of either a billboard or a small picture as in the one here (where is that one?).  I pulled up the filter and put it over the picture of the billboard (that I believe is the one I saw on another thread from Mexico)...and voila, the music starts, the clouds pop, the water starts moving, and you can see the Pearl Jam in the red squiglly things.  So looks like the rumors were true about a new album, and let's hope it is in March as previously rumored.  And I assume maybe 11 songs for the 11 picture/poster locations.  Start saving up people!
