A month early, a year behind remembering Terry Kath.... 40 years. Why is there no thread devoted to this outstanding guitarist, vocalist, musician.. if one already exists then please move this thread.

    Gone 40 years already??  My, how time flies.

    I never did like Chicago much.  Actually, I found most of their music to be well performed but rather irritating.  I don't say that the disparage the band.  They were excellent- a very tight band- just not my thing.  That said, I thought Kath was one hell of a fine player and always kind of wish he had been in a band I liked.

    Pretty cool story. ^ I read an article about the encounter and Hendrix asked the band to join him on tour after that.

    Some of my favorite songs are on those first two albums. :plus_one:
