93 is my favorite Ed banter year.
Something about the liquor making him an angry old prophet that is quite literally the opposite of the charged up young man he was just the year before, is both as interesting as it is sad. Nothing he said in those little anecdotes from the stage was ever wrong and I find myself agreeing and laughing with him more than, say, his truly angry 1995 years or anything 2000 forward.0
