    Ottawa, actually. Also forgot that at one of those shows, GNR also played Liquor & Whores (Trailer Park Boys) and opener Sebastian Bach played Closer to the Heart (Rush) with the Trailer Park Boys' Bubbles.

To keep the list short, I've omitted all the songs I've Pearl Jam do, as well as artists covering their former/side bands (ie, Chris Cornell doing Audioslave/Soundgarden & Temple of the Dog).
