    So Donnie says that there is to be no quid pro quo only after he gets wind of the whistleblowers intentions and the Repubs are using that as a sound bite of no intentions from him from the start? 

    Also the money went through without the Ukraines needing to televise their intentions on CNN but once against that was only after the fact that the whistleblower info was out. Are these really the two main points that they have to prove innocence and how can that actually work with the American people? Unless I am missing something here is this not cut and dry or is the above wrong and I have my bias goggles on?
