    Just found out that the original danish name is Rasmus Klump. In german he is called Petzi.

    No, this is not about auto-renew, that happens on whichever month you purchased, for me it was October

    This is hopefully about confirmation of tour dates :)

    Some people do not have auto renewal on and are caught with no membership when the dates are announced. Make sure you have auto renewal on if you intend to keep going with your membership so you do not let it lapse by accident. 

    To check if you have auto renewal on go to the Ten Club tab and then My Account.

    Check you still hav an active membership and auto renew option is enabled.  if your membership has lapsed by accident once tour is announced you wont be eligible for lottery
