21st, 23rd, 25th so 3 shows in 5 days. But it sounded like Dimi said the 21st isn't Amsterdam...

Don't think Ams is 20th or 17th either.  And it cannot be the 19th.  I hope for all PJ fans (wallets) sake that it is not the 18th.

No Pinkpop, the Sunday headliner isn’t ‘rock’ so 21.6 Amsterdam and 17.6 isn’t a show but... don’t know, something else.

It can't be the 18th as Dimi said the following night is available at Ziggo. It isn't on the 19th. He says they're doing something else on the 17th. that leaves an early date or the 21st. He also implied though that Ams is the tour start. So the 17th had to be something different than a proper show if Ams is on the 21st

I thought this originally around the 18th.  But his words were something to the effect that "there is an option of a 2nd show".  In theory, this could mean AMS 1 was the 18th and potential AMS 2 the 17th (not the night after as we assumed).  EV 3 AMS solo was added earlier in sequence (for example in 2017)

Still think the 18th is unlikley though, just not impossible.  Following clues from today, with lots of dates discounted, 15 appears most likely for AMS1 in my opinion.

Is portugal definitely not happening in 2020?  Has this been confirmed anywhere?

I don't have any inside info so this is all conjecture.
But moving AMS1 to 15 June opens up possibility of outdoor UK show on Friday 19 June, which in turn opens up the Sat 11 July date, which was assumed to be Hyde Park BST festival.

Very convenient for NOS Alive .  No headliners announced for the 11th July here as far as I can see,
