Australia’s biggest obstacle could be themselves. Missing Bolden, Maker, Simmons. Although the States are basically missing 10 of their best too.
Why do you think Australia themselves could be ther obstacle? (Because of the missing players?) I wish Simmons was playing.

What Country has ALL of ther top players playing? Seems just about all of the good Countries have some players not playing.

I think Kemba Walker might be the only player to make Team USA if all of the Best wanted to play.  And, he may not  make team with all of the good guards(Curry, Kyrie Irivng,Damian Lillard, James Harden, Westbrook).

Another question for you BrianofBGA: Are they showing the games on Australian TV?(Ther not showing the games on TV in the USA).
Yes they are showing the games. On Foxtel here (Pay TV) they have a whole channel dedicated to it. Live games and full replays. Even have Aussie commentators there broadcasting it which u don’t often get!
And you’re right...-a lot of teams are missing key players. I suppose I question whether Australia has the depth to cover those players, and at the moment they seem to be handling it well.

Good for you guys in Australia that they are showing the games on TV.

Here in the USA the ONLY way to watch is to pay for an APP.  Ridiculous that no TV channel is showing the games. You'd think we could at least get the replay of the games since games are in the middle of the night or very early in the Morning(8:00 on the East and 5:00 on the West coast).

Australia might not have the depth(because all are not playing) but they are playing well so far. It does help that some of those players have played together in the past.

Serbia & USA i think win those games.

France & Spain in the Semi's.

I'd like to see Argentina win even though i don't like Compazao.

Spain- Australia should be a good close game.

Gold medal game would be good if its either Spain or Australia VS France. But like i said, i want to see Argentina upset France.

Australia were one Patty Mills free throw away from the gold medal match. Pretty heartbreaking! Hit that shot with 4 sec left and the Boomers win.
