Inaccuracy with Vault #9 Song Title

I noticed a possible error on the track list for Vault #9.  Specifically, ‘Sick O’ Pussies’ is slated as the first song on Side B.  This 21 second track solely consists of the lines “My body’s nobody’s body but mine.  You run your own body, let me run mine!”  While such words are contained in an early demo of Vedder’s entitled ‘Sick O’ Pussies’, in point of fact he appropriated those lyrics from an old sex education song entitled ‘My Body’ by Peter Alsop released in 1983.

This a cappella tag sung at several 90's Pearl Jam concerts has been mislabelled going back to the fanzine days.  Now that it is getting an official release, perhaps the song would be better registered as a cover of ‘My Body’?

I don't think they have to change the name. If they are taking lyrics from a different source that should be credited, but the same song can be reinterpreted and retitled. For example

Wow, I had no idea that song had such a long history.
The big difference is Eddie doesn't reimagine the My Body song during his rendition from the 12/8/93 show.  He even retains the basic melody as the original tune.  If he had altered it in any way, then a name change could be suitable.
