Well I am admittedly bummed that the new date is on a Thursday in August and we just spent the past weekend in LA (the original date), but I am glad that they were able to reschedule the shows at all. I am sure it was almost impossible to reschedule comparable dates - the original dates were mostly on weekends and now there are only a few Friday/Saturday dates.  Who knows, maybe I’ll get to Chicago still.  Gimme one more shot!

    Have fun everyone!

Anyone catching shows?  Chicago got some great sets with more variation than recent tours.  Mick looks like he feels great.

Fingers crossed that we get one or two more US shows beyond what's been announced in the next few years...

Going to the New Orleans show. Behind Sir Paul, they're #2 on my bucket list of have-not-seen/gotta-see acts

Seeing them in DC next week. Curious to see if they do something since it is the night before the 4th.

I work right across the river so it'd be a shame for me to miss it. I initially had tickets to Chicago before the postponement. Before new dates were announced I moved down here. Once new dates were announced I called and got a full refund for the Chicago show and turned it into a ticket for this one.

Nice! I know they only do stadium tours now, but Jags stadium in the middle of July is not a place I want to be - but then again, it's the Stones. I know they won't be touring forever.

Going to the Rose Bowl. Won 3rd row tickets on the radio back in November during the week of the initial on-sale so I’ve been eagerly anticipating this show for quite a while. Glad that Mick is back in action and feeling well.

Gah!  I had tickets to the original Rose Bowl show, which was one a Saturday in May...super easy to work out.  Thursday in August?  Not so much.  Have fun!

Thanks! So excited to be that close because there’s no chance I’d ever pay that much considering what those tickets cost. Already dreading the traffic in and out of there on a weeknight but this show will be worth it.

Some of the ticket prices have dropped, higher rows in 112, 113 , 128 & 129 have gone from $394.50 to $244.50 so its back on my radar as a maybe.

Meanwhile, we saw Lisa Fischer in Minneapolis last night.  Did a haunting version of "Gimme Shelter."  Pretty cool to shake hands with someone who played with the Stones for 29 years!

Stones fans, be sure to catch the movie "20 Feet From Stardom", an excellent documentary about backup singers.  Merry Clayton and Lisa Fisher both say some intersting and cool things about working with the Stones.

Saw them in Denver Saturday.  Amazing show.  They are still performing at a really high level.  Sounded great.  Don’t miss them.  Who knows how many more opportunities you’ll get to see them!
