    Having never done, not sure

    but my thought would be to keep 4, a quarter of a team

    1 or 2 keepers max IMO.  Too many keepers makes the draft pretty boring if all the best players are already off the board.

    Are we using our last seasons teams and selecting keeper(s) from those?

    or are we drafting a brand new team and starting keepers from this new draft?


    i don’t think it’s very common to draft and play a season not knowing that team/league will become a keeper league.
