at this point I believe they are timing up an album release and tour to get people registered to vote and to talk a little politcs

I guess my point is that, they are very much still a 10/10 live. They all have families, life takes you in different directions, and you sometimes need a break. What’s better to de-stress than just playing your music to 20,000 people? Forget the album, forget politics, even forget the money. What makes PEARL JAM happy? I think it’s to play live and let the music take over. If you’re happy what you’re doing, you never work a day in your life. If that changes, then do whatever is best for you. But “you” includes 5....6 band members.
Do you all remember the reaction from us and the band in 2005 when they first played in South America? When those first two Santiago shows happened. Everyone was like holy shit! Then Buenos Aires 1 became available? The band was floored. So we’re we. That’s what it’s all about!Post edited by HailHailVitalogy on2003: Uniondale, MSG x2 | 2004: Reading | 2005: Gorge, Vancouver, Philly | 2006: East Rutherford x2, Gorge x2, Camden 1, Hartford | 2008: MSG x2, VA Beach | 2009: Philly x3 | 2010: MSG x2, Bristow | 2011: Alpine Valley x2 | 2012: MIA Philly | 2013: Wrigley, Charlottesville, Brooklyn 2 | 2014: Milan, Amsterdam 1 | 2016: MSG x2, Fenway x2, Wrigley 2 | 2018: Rome, Krakow, Berlin, Wrigley 2 | 2021: Sea Hear Now | 2022: San Diego, LA x2, MSG, Camden, Nashville, St. Louis, Denver | 2023: St. Paul 1, Chicago x2, Fort Worth x2, Austin 2 | 2024: Las Vegas 1, Seattle x2, Indy, MSG x2, Philly x2, Baltimore, Ohana 2 | 2025: Florida x2, Atlanta x2, Pittsburgh x20 -

It's much different when the opposition is in control. I'm guessing they badly want change in the Oval.
