Im looking for test presses of any pearl jam releases. Earlier this year i got the test for the 2016 singles lp and just today scored a 3 7" set of test presses for the Ten box set sampler set. I never had even seen a picture or heard of these before so im pretty psyched and now want to find any other test presses i can! Some day maybe find an original ten test.

You may have luck with recent releases. Easy Street/Wrigley Soundtrack/etc. ive never even seen those tho.

There were rumored to be only 10 of these test pressings. A person that had sold most of the sets acquired them and that is what they told me.

There is a lot of stigma and aura around these sets. There is a box for the set which only a handful exist and literally a handful. I haven't found all of the owners yet but I do know of two of them and I'm one.

PJ Collectors doesn't even have a pic of the box.

These are official too. 10C has given the red sampler record away in a contest so there's that.

Good luck in your search for test pressings. They’re around but be prepared to open your wallet. The last one I saw for sale at my favorite local store was a PJ20 and it sold for $800. That was in September of ‘15.

Tests always cost a pretty penny. Thats how the game works at this level. Studio album tests would be awesome just to see.
Just like the Ten on red vinyl i saw at the pj exhibit at mopop in seattle. Does anyone know about that? I cant imagine pj would use some bootleg version in their exhibit and it seemed from the 90s anyway. On a plaque for something.
