If anyone got an extra from that sale by Van Orton design (June 15, 2019), please let me know. Got married last Saturday (June 15 2019) and going to Italy on our honeymoon in September, so with the dancing couple on the poster, it's just perfect. At 1:01 at the paypal checkout, told it was sold out. Super bummed. Any help is greatly appreciated!0

Wow, there are 9 of these on eBay already! I choked and lost out. I'm hoping at least that this was not a color variant and will be able to score one for $35. later on in the shop.0

I know that's the way the world works, but really disappointing when you miss out on something you really wanted (at 11:01 no less) and a bunch of scalpers already have it listed on EBay. Oh well!shecky said:Wow, there are 9 of these on eBay already! I choked and lost out. Yeah, join the club. We all wanted it and we all have our story. Personally, I really like spaghetti so it was perfect! But, hopefully this was not a color variant and people just paid an extra $40. for a penciled name and number. It will almost certainly be in the shop after the tour ends and we'll have another shot.Tony82087 said:

Yeah, this is a variant. The show poster has a red background where the starry dark blue sky is here.shecky said:

I understand completely. Nothing new here. Except I'd say that 80-90 went to flippers, whether they sell it today or a month from now.dimitrispearljam said:

Thanks for the info! I actually like the color scheme you describe better anyway! And apparently the hard core collectors on eBay agree: there are now 10 listed on eBay and, after nearly two hours, not one has sold! Good news. I'll be very happy with a red one eventually.pjl44 said:

The best part about poster sales is definitely this totally necessary injection of angst. I'm all for artists, 10C, etc. gauging interest in prints and raising prices accordingly. I realize it's not a precise science, but it's the best way to combat reselling. Assuming anyone besides other poster "collectors" cares, of course.0
