    Any of you Minneapolitans been to Fine Line Cafe?  Cool place; in a good area?  Considering a visit in November for a show there.

    cool place.. lots of different shows come through there. Small and intimate. Don't pay for balcony seats when downstairs viewlines are good no matter where. Area is downtown minneapolis so lots to walk to beforehand. It's next to a few clubs which can get rowdy but the crowds never mix.

    Awesome, thanks for the info!  Downtown is cool, I know it well enough.  I just wasn't sure if it was out in a suburb I haven't been to, so that's cool.

    Hilltop Hoods, 11/12.  Hip-hop group from Australia.  They don't make it over here much and when they do it's the usual Boston, NY, Toronto, Chicago, Vancouver, LA and done.  They recently added Minneapolis, SLC, and I think Denver.  I'm hoping they pick a show up in DC or even Philly.  Chicago, NY, & Toronto would all be closer for me, but Minny is a hell of a lot cheaper so right now it's in the lead.  And I have friends I can visit in MN.

    Well, i'm sure there a few hip hop fans on this thread that may be going to this show.

    Fine Line is an alright place for a not so crowded show. There are plenty of bars around there and its a very walkable part of town. Enjoy!

    Can we just make sure they do not play US Bank Stadium when they return to MN???!!! TCF Bank or Alianz Field or Target Field if its an outdoor show.
