My opinion is... If the Blues lost then it was a good call. :i_dunno:
why? are you offended by 51 years of mediocrity?

Please, no more reviewable plays.  Its past the critical mass as it is
At first glance, I thought the review would be so quick, nobody would notice.  After I saw the video that I posted that showed the puck change direction every so slightly...this would have been a normal review in terms of time...I still think the goal should stand...

I certainly agree, too many reviews, and they take way too long to review.

Was he throwing a cheap shot there too?

9 or 10 days off now? That could hurt them

Too well coached and experienced to let rest hurt them.

BRUINS on a mission this year with goaltending being a key in their wins so far. Something I treasured long ago when I was a net minder.

You Philly fans really are bitter. Winning a Super Bowl and having a basketball team that can finally reach the 2nd round hasn't softened you.

The Hurricanes made it way to easy for Boston.  That's the problem with wildcard teams getting to the ECF...lets see if the 11-day rest hurts the Bruins...

Carolina's crowd stood and cheered pretty loudly for the last minute and a half or so, when it was obvious they were done.  Good on them, hopefully they carry that enthusiasm into the next season.

They vanished a few months after winning a Stanley Cup in 2006.

i'm an idiot. i thought that was Marchand.

why would winning a super bowl soften us?  we are what we are.

If the Bruins top line is getting back to the form they had in February... look the f out.

I'm not too worried about the time off, there are 6 guys on the team that were there in 2013... I don't see this team losing motivation or beating themselves in the Finals.

Maybe...but they're a bunch of jerks now, so maybe not?  As long as they still have cheap and easy to get tickets for when my team is in town, and proximity to bbq, I don't really care.

The only concern I have about the long layoff for the Bruins is Rask. He's completely dialed in currently and that can possibly go away if he's not facing game action. Rest of the team can use some rest to heal bumps and bruises.

As this series was playing out that ^ occurred to me.
I doubt the Bruins will get swept in finals. Certainly could lose, but be very surprised if they got swept.

I'm not sure about SJ's goaltending.  But St. Louis goaltender Binnington has been pretty close to the best goalie in the league since he was called up in January...I do not think I've seen a rookie goalie perform this well since Roy in  86...

SJ is the high scoring team in the league.  If Boston faces SJ, they will not be facing an inept offence like Carolina.

Let's not forget Boston played a 7th and 8th seed to get there...

Boston is a good team...no doubt.  I was surprised they beat the Leafs...I thought the leafs were young and eager to make the next step.

I think St. Louis stands the best chance for 2 reasons, better goaltending than SJ and they do not take many penalties...SJ, on the other hand, is not very well disciplined...

They say an 11-day layoff for the Bruins? I wonder how that will effect Rask?  He is in a zone.
