Kind of? They had s three point lead with less than 20 seconds left and lost in regulation. That’s almost impossible to do. That being said I have no idea how Dawkins tip didn’t go in.  Johnny Dawkins had a great plan on d. Deserved better

The guy should have just caught the alley oop bad pass and reset up 4 points with 2:30 to go. That was amateur.

Okay I'm sorry but I need to brag about my bracket real quick. Currently I'm ranked 11,870 out of the 17.2 million brackets submitted to ESPN, so better than 99.93% of brackets. I had 14/16 sweet sixteen teams, 7/8 elite eight teams, and still have all four final four teams in. I'll probably never have this good of a bracket again, so I'm just going to enjoy it while it lasts. Here's the bracket if anyone is curious:

I have Duke vs. Texas Tech and Virginia vs. Kentucky in the final four, and Virginia beating Duke in the championship game. only game I missed from the sweet sixteen was Purdue over Tennessee and that went to overtime.

    Duke surviving is right.

For me, it's Cala******. Didn't like him when he was at UMASS.

I don’t have any issues with Krzyzewski or Izzo. Calapari & Pitino are as scumbag as they come, however.

I know Coach k is the greatest coach in modern college basketball but you have to get the ball to Williamson 2 down in the last 20 seconds.

Regionals were far more entertaining than the first werkend. Virginia Purdue was fantastic.

nice to see sone different programs in the final four

0.04% of brackets on ESPN.com had the correct Final Four. Something like 7298 out of 17.2 million entries.

I thought I was looking good on Saturday night, my final 4 was Texas Tech, Purdue, Duke and Kentucky.
Purdue has the game almost sealed, friggin' intentionally missed FT that gets back tapped all the way to the opposite key then gets passed back to the other end of floor for game tying shot all in 5.9 seconds...craziness, then they lose in OT. And on Sunday my other 2 teams lose, one in OT the other by 1 point. So close yet so far.

    This weekend we rock Portland

I think this is pretty funny:

Players' battle with NCAA over rugs prompts mock hostage situation
    2h ago

WASHINGTON DC - MARCH 31 Zion Williamson of the Duke Blue Devils arrives at Capital One Arena prior to their game against the Michigan State Spartans during the 2019 NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament East Regional Final on March 31 2019 in Washington DC

The NCAA, long considered a beacon of common sense and reason, is sparring with players who have attempted to make off with its branded locker room rugs.

"I thought it would be a really cool souvenir to take home," Purdue's Ryan Cline told The Wall Street Journal's Rachel Bachman and Jim Chairusmi. "But a security guard was like 'No, you can't take it. Somebody from Florida State tried to and we wouldn't let him.'"

The NCAA confirmed to The Wall Street Journal that the NCAA-branded rugs are off-limits, although players are welcome to take team-specific signage once their tournament run has come to an end.

The initial story prompted an admission from Iowa junior Jordan Bohannon, who tweeted proof of his team's success at smuggling one such rug out of Columbus, Ohio, and issued a "ransom" demand in exchange for its return.

Bohannon's holdout wasn't particularly prolonged, however, as he announced several hours later a compromise had been reached with the NCAA.

"After much deliberation, the (NCAA) has agreed with the (University of Iowa) the rug can stay in Iowa City as long as I issue a mea culpa," Bohannon tweeted. "With that, I am sorry for my actions. No one is denying the incredible opportunities the NCAA provides for athletes like myself. I am forever grateful."

personally i think he is a thief, although it is kind of funny.  although them not getting paid is a misnomer.
