    100,000 people came over this month looking for asylum.

    Most of the people that get a court date don't return and are free roaming the US.

    Our system is extremely broken and some laws nee fixing.

    I also say this because a bit back I was convinced that maybe we should just open up the borders but that is not the way to go about this.

    I would say they never go back for the hearing because most asylum claims are bogus and rejected.  I know in Canada economics asylum seekers are denied their claim...

    As far as I'm concerned they should use the front door.  If they are in the country illegally and if they get arrested, then they knew the risk.  They know they are breaking law, and many know how to game the system.

    Yes the system is broken it needs to be re hauled but to believe the only way to fix it by the construction of wall from sea to shining sea is delusional, and no open borders is not the answer but this administration has no clue on how to fix anything..
