    So after the devastating 100 year floods in the north last week that dumped 3 years worth of rain in 11 days we now have this beast thats generated out of the monsoon and same weather system. Except this one is expected or is on track to pass through the east coast near the QLD/NSW border. At first it was tracked to go south towards New Zealand but changed course overnight. As destructive as it looks and may be we need the rain inland badly.

    Cyclone Oma is predicted to hit our east coast in coming days. It still may swing south they rarely track this far south and die out when they leave tropical waters. Its already causing king tides and slight inundation on the QLD/NSW coast. Waves are expected to be 6-8 metres as it tracks closer.

    And now it's gone.. thank god.  We did get a bit of rain though but need a lot more.

    Would have to be the warmest June ever this year.  Where I live in northern NSW we are getting temps in the mid 20s during the day.
