Wow. Surprised by that one. Not that $25M per year isn't an absurd amount of money, but thought he was looking for at least 30M per year....sounds like they wanted the extra 3 years there and obviously to make it the biggest contract of all time.0

It's odd that both Machado and Harper were believed to be the first $400 million players not that long ago. And both are getting less AAV than Arenado
