Radar blockers became popular, laws changed to accommodate.
Speed cameras became a thing, laws changed to accommodate.
So yes. Guns change and evolve. Gun 'culture' has changed and evolved. The risk that guns pose to our society has changed and evolved.

But in this situation, the laws worked. He was denied a firearm due to background checks and he was arrested due to having an illegal firearm. So if the law worked, why would you say that there needs to be new legislation aimed at this “black man with a 3d printed gun”? Kids in Kindergarten have to practice active shooter drills.It is like a fire drill. Only they have to find a way to try and not get shot. Awesome.
My son had to learn active shooter drills in middle school, high school and now in college. The prevalent thought is that if a shooter walks into a college classroom they have a 50/50 chance. And he says this like he would talk about school pictures.
I just don't understand how it can't be an undocumented immigrant - Trump has his own stats about who commits crimes and they are disgusting. I know what I think is disgusting.
