    Is shipping via ups or usps? The tracking number takes me to usps but the link towards the bottom of the email mentions ups. I’m having this shipped within the USA if that helps

    It is via UPS Mail Innovations. Don't follow the tracking in the email. You have to copy your tracking number then go here https://www.ups-mi.net/packageID/

    Basically, UPS ships it to the USPS post office, then they deliver it to you, often under another tracking number. It sucks if you ask me, and takes forever.

    UPS for me, door-to-door. No Mail Innovations nor USPS involved. Tracking number in the original email took me straight to UPS.

    I only have a SHIPPED notation in my order history and I haven't received any email. And I don't see any tracking number in the details. 

    But it's on its way to New Jersey eventually.

    Same thing for me.  Maybe only northwest orders went straight UPS.  It arrived in one day in perfect shape.
