    Man thats the fourth or fifth celeb to die today. 

    She had a rough last few years.  Very sad few years for her. RIP

    Ugh.  That breaks my heart.  She certainly came across at the Bridge shows as a strong, beautiful, and loving woman.  I had a chance to meet her in the airport a few years back and she couldn't have been more graceful or kind to my daughters and I.  The Bridge School shows were probably my most consistently favorite shows of each year and changed my life in so many ways.  It always felt like I was there to support her and Neil's family as much as the school she gave so much to starting.  She will be so missed...

Pegi said they were having a rough time, but it was unexpected; Neil has said that Storytone is all he is going to say on it. When you’re married to someone for over half your life it can’t have been easy for either of them. (Not defending Neil here, just saying)

    For what it’s worth, Neil posted ‘Harvest Moon’ as the Song of the Day on his website yesterday, and ‘Such A Woman’ today, 2 songs he wrote about Pegi

    I agree with this.  A place (or post) where people are expressing their grief about a soul who made positive impacts on our lives is not a place to talk about perceived marital issues in a relationship with which we were not privy to.  My life was touched in a positive manner by Pegi- through her art, her work, her stage presence and her graciousness in a brief chance meeting I had with her.  I count myself lucky to have shared this earth with her for a brief time and it would be a shame to see this post shut down for changing the subject from anything but the grief of losing a really good one...

    I was so sad to hear the news of Pegi's passing. She was such a giving lady, and helped so many of the children who attended the Bridge School. I feel blessed that I was able to attend two Bridge School concerts (in 2010 and 2011), and have the opportunity to see the joy on her face when she was onstage. May she rest in peace. My condolences to all who knew and loved her.

    I was very saddened and shocked to hear this news.  I have been to three Bridge School concerts over the years.  I remember the first one in 2003, and it was quite an emotional experience.  I wasn't prepared for how emotional I became, but that just made me want to come back again.  The success and the stories of those who benefit from the Bridge School was mind boggling to me, it really warmed my heart.  Thank you to Pegi, may she rest in peace.

    I hope her's and Neil's kids are doing OK.  Tough times for them.  (And no doubt difficult for Neil as well.)
