            “Top Seven by Seven”.
It’s a short list and I’m not on it .                         my small self... like a book amongst the many on a shelf0 .                         my small self... like a book amongst the many on a shelf0

I may have had beaten Mega Man 2. But I'm not sure. Might have been by 8 years old."Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0

Only one on there I have previously heard of is PewDiePie, who is part of what seems to me to be a really bizarre trend of watching other people play video games. I guess I’d need to be more of a gamer to enjoy that.my small self... like a book amongst the many on a shelf0

The 4 year old loves Ryan and has since he first saw him. It is a strange thing but kids of all ages love watching people open shit on YouTube and demo it.Hope his parents back away at some point, he has been on this list for a number of years. Kid clearly loves it but at some point they are set for life and should drop the chalupa.(And the gamer thing is even lamer, to me, but it is certainly a huge trend.)The love he receives is the love that is saved0

Normal is overrated.I don't think every little kid would be better off with fame/money to say the least, but damn, I find it hard to find a problem with a kid who gets to build a fortune (future security/tuition/etc) by playing with toys and talking about it! I think that is awesome, and probably just a ton of fun for the kid. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0

I agree YouTube stardom is overrated (it's generally completely ridiculous), but I have to hope you're just joking about the rest for some reason. There is absolutely no indication to suggest this kid has any kind of unhealthy lifestyle or dysfunctional family. JUST because something is on YouTube it doesn't make it bad, lol. In fact, that he is the #1 money earner like this probably demonstrates that his situation is completely separate from the usual crap, and he is in a positive extraordinary position. This kid can't be compared to the attention-seeking fame freaks that crowd YouTube. This kid is on a completely different level. He is also actually doing something, rather than just babbling and whatever and being famous for nothing, which is what most YouTube "stars" do. This kid is doing something legit. AND super fun.Halifax2TheMax said:

No need to worry about me. I’m totally fine. Just adding an observation. The life of a kid star, regardless of medium, is not all rainbows and unicorns. At least from what I’ve seen, in the general sense, in my lifetime anyway. “Being normal is overrated.”tempo_n_groove said:
