Looking forward to watching the game at work today and Monday.  It actually works out.

Going to be tough going through the gauntlet of the American League.  Tough for everyone though.

Damn, now you're down to 4 of your favorite teams in MLB left this season plus the Dodgers. Getting nervous?

Look at the bright side, at least you still have your 32 favorite teams left in the NFL.

always, that.  I actually didnt get to watch much of the games, which seems like a mercy.

All year, the bullpen was a weakness.   They were awful all year.  Allen never got it, no setup guy to replace Shaw, and Miller was shaky when he wasnt injured.  Hand and Cimber weren't great either.  You could see since June that this would be the end result.

So that makes 120 straight seasons with no championship for my life between the Bills, Sabres, and Indians.

I'd really like to see the Indians win a World Series.  Great old-fashioned ball club and a bunch of really awesome, young players on the current roster.  And who doesn't like the Major League movies?!!  I haven't been to a game at the Jake in a long time, gonna have to make a trip up next year.

young players, but I wonder if the window isn’t closing. tough to hang with the two evil eastern empires (plus astros).

The window is still open.  Their free agents happen to be the right guys.  Allen and Miller were awful this year.  Brantley hurts, but is aging and health hasnt been dependable. i wouldnt rule out him re-signing at somewhat of a hometown discount as cleveland stuck with him through some tough injuries.

The al central still has 4 other teams that need more time to rebuild.

    Need outfield and bullpen.

Yankees and red sox get into an arms race and it stunts both of them.

Hope you’re right. The AL is so tough right now.

It turns out that the Bullpen and losing Brantley, along with injuries did them in.

Any season that comes down to the last weekend, I consider a good one.  Nothing worse than knowing your team is drawing dead cards before the 4th of July.

The good news is, they have some top shelf young arms.  They still have a good core, but need a little help, and the Bauer trade looks to be a positive thing.

It looks like they are losing Puig, of course.  Its very possible, if not probable that Kipnis has played in his final game for the Indians.  Don't know about Kluber.
