I have 41 of the 2006 shows that were accompanied by the printable artwork including the CD artwork. All artwork included.
5/9/06 Toronto through 11/25/06 Perth Australia. I think this is the complete set.
$115 shipped in the US.

    FYI - There were more than 41 shows.  There were 70ish that were officially released.

    That's kind of what I figured, but wasn't too sure. I'd take $100 shipped since it's not complete.
